Ace Centro Enterprises (ACE) supplies a wide
range of grouting equipment which is designed to provide a continuous operation
of mixing and pumping for various industry applications. A wide range of grout
pumps are designed for pumping lime cement mixes, flyash, bentonite, high
viscosity cement+sand slurries, non-shrink grouts, non-sag repair mortars,
plasters, stuccos, self-leveling underlayment and spray cementitious materials.
The jobsite applications range from grouting of door and window frames, to void
filling, slab jacking, pavement dowel bars, piling encasements, machine base and
joint grouting, waterproofing, tank stabilization, pipe diapers, tilt-up
panels, T-joints, traffic dividers, precast tunnel joints, post tensioning and concrete
floors and roofs.
Through its sales organization in the Arabian
Gulf, ACE supplies ChemGrout Colloidal Mixers and Grout Pumps to its clients in
the Middle Eastern and African markets for Civil Engineering, Structural,
Restoration, Marine, Mining, Municipal Utilities, Highway, Geotechnical and
Petrochemical projects.
ChemGrout Mixers and Pumps are available in
Manual, Air (Pneumatic), Electric/Hydraulic, Petrol/Hydraulic and
Diesel/Hydraulic power options. For Oilfield sites ACE can retrofit the Diesel
Engine driven Grouting Machines with Spark Arrestors, Chalwyn Valves, Battery
Isolators and Emergency Shutdown Switches to adhere to Zone II regulations.
