Very first company of Arihant group of Inductries “AMAR TEXDYES CORPORATION ” was started in 1970 on a very small scale basis to manufacture Leather and Textile processing chemicals. Rajnikant B. Shah pioneered and has played a leading role in establishing “ARIHANT DYECHEM” since 1974 with leather dyes ( brand name ARICOL™). As growth continued over the years a clearer structuralization was needed, hence the company has decided to centralize its all manufacturing activity at Ambernath where production capacity is more than 2000 tons of Leather & Textile processing chemicals and construction chemicals, 1500 tons of synthetic tanning agent (ARITAN™ brand) and 150 tons of Leather Dyes per annum.
